After attending Travel Photography & Writing Workshops run by AWAI (American Writers and Artists Inc.) in New Orleans and a travel guidebook-writing course with V!VA Travel Guides, I completed assignments on Antigua in Guatemala, my home for five years.
A contributing guidebook author for the first print edition of V!VA Travel Guides Guatemala, my articles, reviews and photos also appear in the Guatemala section of V!VA Travel Guides website.
A contributor to International Living’s magazine, e-letters, workshop promotions and website as their Guatemalan correspondent, I now continue from other locations.

I am a Cub Scout leader and we are trying to teach our boys about traditions outside the US. We would really like to teach them about the kite flying on Dia de Todos los Santos in Guatemala. Is there anyway you would give us your permission to use your photos? We don’t have computer access at Scouts, so we have to print off the pictures and put them on a poster board.
